For this assignment, I don't know about you all, but what I found difficult was deciding what was operating and financial. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but I eventually got it.  What about you guys ?

Hey guys my company the Fletcher Building  is the largest listed company in New Zealand, with a market capitalisation of over NZ$4.8 billion. :) 

Hey guys just found out that the Fletcher Company made a project called the Fletcher Earthquake Recovery (EQR). The EQR was established in response to the September 2010 earthquakes in Canterbury, Fletcher EQR generally manages the repair of residential properties where the damage falls between $15,000 and $100,000 on behalf of New Zealand's Earthquake Commission. Its responsibilities include ensuring the timely, accurate and complete repair of an estimated 80,000 homes. In June 2013, the halfway point was reached with 40,000 houses completed.

Hey guys, my company is called the Fletcher Building (FBU)  which is a leading infrastructure and building materials manufacturer, and general construction contractor .Fletcher’s history began in 1909 with the construction of a timber weatherboard house in Dunedin, New Zealand. Fletcher evolved and transformed many times over the following 92 years, until in 2001 it was listed as Fletcher Building Limited on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.

So I was researching through my company and stumbled across the Fletcher Buildings foundation values which I thought was interesting. The Fletcher Building acts with integrity, honesty and transparency.They treat others with dignity and respect, work best as a team, and help each other succeed. The Fletcher Building are accountable and perform to achieve results. The environment is a key consideration in everything they do. Lastly they value work-life balance. All injuries can be prevented: Zero Harm. Pretty cool right!!
